This report separates the 1,406-row OfficeEdge source CSV from the completed 500-line review library. It also separates an audio file being present from that audio being usable as a direct company greeting.

Why the CSV audio count and site audio count differ

The CSV’s URL columns were incomplete. The broader asset review combined the CSV with recovered Drive and local capture files, producing 251 preserved original clips in the 500-line review library.

An audio file can exist without containing a usable company greeting. Examples include invalid mailbox prompts, system prompts, no-speech captures, unreliable transcripts, and identity mismatches.

5 direct remakes have no current original file

These lines had sufficient prior capture or transcript evidence to recreate the source wording even though the original clip is not currently linked in the library.

How each line was classified

The classification favors clear evidence and keeps proposals separate from source-based remakes.

Match every asset to its phone number
The phone number is the stable record key across the CSV, original audio, transcript, English script, and Spanish script.

Preserve original captures
When an original greeting clip was available, it stayed with the record as a reference. Full-call audio was intentionally excluded from the website.

Use a direct remake only when the source was usable
A greeting or phone menu needed enough reliable wording and identity evidence to support a faithful remake.

Use a proposed fallback when the source was not usable
Missing audio, invalid mailboxes, system prompts, generic prompts, no-speech captures, unreliable transcripts, and identity mismatches were not presented as direct copies.

Use the company name only when supported
A reliable label allowed a named proposal. Otherwise the line received a neutral message and remained visibly labeled as unidentified.

Prepare both review languages
Every line received English and Spanish drafts. Both versions remain review assets until the company owner approves the wording and pronunciation.

Exclude non-greeting records from direct-copy claims
The source CSV explicitly marks 55 fax records as excluded. Administrative or test-only lines were not treated as company greetings unless the source supported that conclusion.

Recommended owner review

Contact the company owner whenever a line uses a proposed fallback, contains hours or routing choices, has an uncertain company identity, or includes a name whose pronunciation has not been confirmed.
